1. Who we are

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on https://uri.fashion. By paying for an order you accept them.

3. Pieces and prices

Every piece is handmade and one of a kind; the photo shows the piece you buy. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the yarn itself.

Prices are in euros. Under the Dutch small business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling, KOR) we do not charge VAT; the prices are final. The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and are shown in the cart before you pay; see shipping.

4. Your order

Every piece exists only once, so it goes to the first person who completes payment. When you go to checkout, the pieces in your cart are reserved for you for 30 minutes. The contract is concluded when your payment has been completed; you receive a confirmation by email. If, by a technical error, a piece turns out to have been sold twice, the later buyer gets a full refund straight away.

5. Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card or bank details.

6. Delivery

We ship with PostNL, tracked, within 3 working days after your payment. The piece is at our risk until it has been delivered to you. Outside the European Union import VAT or duties may be charged on delivery, except for the United States, where they are included in the shipping costs; see shipping.

7. Right of withdrawal

You can return a piece within 14 days without giving a reason. How this works is described on the returns page.

8. Guarantee and complaints

You are entitled to a piece that matches its description. Small irregularities are part of handmade work. If something is wrong, write to us at uri@uri.eu, preferably with a photo, within a reasonable time after you discover it. We answer within 14 days. Your legal rights are never limited by these terms.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy statement.

10. Law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every order. If you live in another country, you keep the protection that the consumer law of your own country gives you. A dispute that we cannot solve together goes to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.
