Returns

You may return a piece within 14 days without giving a reason. This is your right of withdrawal under European consumer law.

How to return a piece

1. Tell us within 14 days after you received your order that you want to return it: write to uri@uri.eu, or send us the form below. Mention your name and which piece or pieces you return.
2. Send the piece back within 14 days after telling us, to: Uri Eugenio Handmade Crochet, Hudsonstraat 53-3, 1057 RX Amsterdam, Netherlands.
3. Pack it well and keep the proof of postage. The return shipping costs are for you.

Your refund

We refund the price you paid for the returned pieces, together with the shipping costs of your order (for the standard shipping we offer), within 14 days after you told us you are returning it. We may wait until we have received the piece back. You get the money on the payment method you paid with, at no cost to you.

You may try a piece on, as you would in a shop. A piece that has been worn, washed, damaged or that smells of smoke or perfume loses value; we may deduct that loss from the refund.

Something wrong with your piece?

Every piece is made by hand, so small irregularities in the stitches and colours are part of it and are not a defect. If your piece is damaged or not as described, write to us at uri@uri.eu with a photo. Your rights under the legal guarantee always apply, also after the 14 days.
