Every piece is sent from Amsterdam with PostNL, as a tracked parcel. We ship worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus.
Your order leaves within 3 working days after your payment. As soon as it is on its way you receive the track & trace code by email.
Costs
Up to 3 pieces travel in one parcel. A larger order is sent in several parcels and their costs are added up. The cart shows the exact shipping costs for your country before you pay.

Delivery times
Counted from the day your parcel leaves, as an indication: the Netherlands and Belgium 1–3 working days, the rest of Europe 3–8 working days, other countries 5–15 working days.
Customs
Within the European Union there are no customs formalities. Outside the EU your country's customs or the delivery service may charge import VAT or duties on delivery; those are for the buyer. United States: the import duties and fees are included in the shipping costs. You pay nothing on delivery.
Lost or damaged
If your parcel has not arrived after the delivery time above, or arrives damaged, write to us at uri@uri.eu and we will sort it out with PostNL.
