Privacy statement
Uri Eugenio Handmade Crochet (Hudsonstraat 53-3, 1057 RX Amsterdam, Netherlands, KvK 34336736) is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: uri@uri.eu.
What we collect and why
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address and the pieces you bought. We need these to deliver your order, to answer your questions and to keep our accounts. Your payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see them.
- When you write to us: your email address and what you write, to be able to answer.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who else handles it
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland) processes the payment and keeps the order details we need for delivery.
- PostNL (the Netherlands) receives your name, address and, for some countries, your phone number and email address, to deliver the parcel and send you track & trace updates.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like every web server it briefly processes your IP address to deliver the pages.
Stripe and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards the GDPR requires (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
Cookies and storage
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. Your cart and chosen country are kept only in your own browser (local storage), so they are still there when you come back. The Stripe payment page uses its own cookies to prevent fraud.
How long we keep it
Order and payment details are kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires us to. Emails are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to uri@uri.eu; we answer within a month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
